Geoff is a happy guy. He writes songs and stories that don’t necessarily reflect that.
If you’ve seen him live, you know Geoff is guy who loves to laugh and have a good time. His new solo efforts are songs and stories that twist and turn and reflect some of life’s more difficult challenges. While a huge fan of alternative rock, the new album is primarily acoustic guitar-driven, his style touches more on that found in Nashville-based singer songwriters. His goal in life is to make Jason Isbell cry.
